A shader developer is responsible for anything related to shaders. Editing the shader when bugs are found, building new experimental shaders, testing new experimental shaders that are involved with a new function for rendering, as testing character/scene models with the shader to ensure it works as intended.
Candidates with a sufficient grasp of the above-mentioned areas will be able to work according to the Specifications set for each project. They will be reporting to their Line Manager (the Head of 3D Modelling & Animation).
